I just wanted to say THANKS to YOU! What a great job you do – and you make it so fun and entertaining. The boys really enjoyed it – along with all the others that can to eat. I want you to know that we ended up doing pretty darn good when it was all said and done.

John Young *served* up quite a show for our students’ end-of-year late night exam breakfast! Having Chris Cakes at the University of Louisville flippin’ pancakes really made a great event even better! The pancakes were delicious and the service was top notch. Students were impressed with the Guinness World Record status, and even more amazed when John was able to flip pancakes up to people from the ground level to the second-story ramp! A great time was had by all. We will certainly be requesting John again for our next Pancakes-N-Pajamas celebration!
