Provided is a list of ingredients and informational disclaimers for some of our products. In the event you have a “non-contact” allergy to one of our products you are welcome to bring your own batter to an event and we will make your pancakes on our griddle, keep in mind we will be making our Chris Cakes Pancakes on the same grill so we leave it up to you to determine your tolerance for any allergen. You can catch our Chris Cakes Pancakes and then eat your pancakes. If you have a contact allergy to any product you may choose not to attend our pancake event. Our pancakes contain Wheat, Soy, Milk, Eggs, Gluten and many other allergens. They are no longer mixed in a facility that contains nuts and there are no nuts in the batter. Please, however, understand we cannot and will not guarantee 100% nut free. Our griddles are used for many things and although they are cleaned after each use we simply can’t be responsible for a possible cross-contamination beyond our control. We have not had a single nut reaction that we are aware of since 1969 and we certainly hope to continue that tradition.
