Nutritional and Allergy Information

Provided is a list of ingredients and informational disclaimers for some of our products. In the event you have a “non-contact” allergy to one of our products you are welcome to bring your own batter to an event and we will make your pancakes on our griddle, keep in mind we will be making our Chris Cakes Pancakes on the same grill so we leave it up to you to determine your tolerance for any allergen. You can catch our Chris Cakes Pancakes and then eat your pancakes. If you have a contact allergy to any product you may choose not to attend our pancake event. If you have ANY questions please contact the office at (502) 724-4909. We do our best to accommodate everyone and we want to make sure everyone makes it home safely.

Our pancakes contain Wheat, Soy, Milk, Eggs, Gluten and many other allergens. They are no longer mixed in a facility that contains nuts and there are no nuts in the batter. Please, however, understand we cannot and will not guarantee 100% nut free. Our griddles are used for many things and although they are cleaned after each use we simply can’t be responsible for a possible cross-contamination beyond our control. We have not had a single nut reaction that we are aware of since 1969 and we certainly hope to continue that tradition.

Chris Cakes Multi-Grain Pancake & Waffle Mix

Ingredients: all purpose flour (bleached wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), corn flour, oat flour, non-fat milk alternative (whey solids, buttermilk, sodium caseinate, dicalcium phosphate, calcium chloride, skim milk, lactalbumin), dextrose, wheat bran, baking soda (baking soda, corn starch, sodium, alumnimum sulfate, calcium sulfate, monocalcium phosphate), salt, egg substitute (yellow corn flour, dextrose, salt, soybean oil, egg yolks, soy lecithin and 2% or less of beta caratine for color)

Butter Oil

Ingredients: Soybean Oil, Hydrogenated Soybean Oil, Salt and Soy Lecithin. TBHQ and Citric Acid added to help preserve freshness. Natural, artificial flavor added and artificially colored with Beta-Carotene. Dimethylpolysiloxane, an anti-foam agent added.

Syrup

Ingredients: Corn Syrup, Water, Maple Flavor, Potassium Sorbate, and Sodium Benzoate (as preservatives), caramel color.

Sugar Free Syrup

Ingredients: Water, Sorbitol, Contains less than 2% of cellulose gum, Sucralose (Splenda Brand) (A Nonnutritive sweetener), Natural and Artificial Flavors, Potassium Acesulfame, Potassium Chloride, Xanthan Gum, Caramel Color, Phosphoric Acid, Salt, Sodium Hexametaphosphate, Sorbic Acid and Sodium Benzoate (preservatives).

Product Tang

Ingredients: Sugar, Fructose, Citric Acid (provides tartness), contains less than 2% of Natural Flavor, Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C), Maltodextrin, Calcium Phosphate (prevents caking), Guar and Xanthan Gums (provide body), Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate, Artificial Color, Yellow 5, Yellow 6, BHA (to help protect flavor).

Whipped Spread

Ingredients: Vegetable Oil (soybean, palm, and palm kernel), Water, Salt, Vegetable Mono and Diglycarldes, Soy Lecithin, Potassium Sorbate and calcium disodium edta as preservatives and Citric Acid (preservatives), Artificial Flavor, Beta Carotene (color), Vitamin A Palmitate, and whey from milk are also added. Contains: Soy and Milk
